Mission: contribute to strengthen Helaba's origination, underwriting and execution capabilities in Real Estate Finance in France.
Job description :
Support Senior Directors for New Business origination, execution and Client coverage, including for due diligence, structuring, syndication, loan documentation, client negotiations, transaction closings and site visits.
Analysis of incoming transactions, financial modelling, underwriting risk, rating and pricing.
Contribution to drafting pre-Credit Committee and Credit Committee notes and presentations, including reviewing external translations of Credit Committee notes in German.
Presentations and communication, whether external or internal, including to the Bank's Management.
Support for budgeting, planning and meeting ad-hoc requests (eg. audits, regulatory enquiries, stress tests) for France REF Head.
Close and practical cooperation with the Bank's Credit, Legal and Syndication desks for complying with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
2 to 4 year successful professional international experience in real estate (as lender, investor, asset manager, advisor, broker), banking or insurance (eg. Leverage, Structured or Project Finance or Debt Capital Markets).
Strong credit and system skills, ideally from German international financial institution.
Good technical knowledge of relevant financial techniques, tools (eg. cashflow modelling and risk rating), products, and regulatory requirements, especially for structured or development financing, syndication and hedging.
Good verbal and in-writing communication and presentation skills.
Strong education with international credentials (finance or business eg. Bachelor's or Master's degree).
German fluent (ideally native or bi-lingual). Strong practice of English. French a plus.
