In this role, you will be responsible for performing dunning calls to delinquent and over limit accounts and update call status into system for record. You will also suspend / terminate problem accounts according to the guidelines and handle customer requests such as online address or phone amendment, statement or form request, waiver of charges and retrieval of sales slips, etc.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Secondary education or attain the HKDSE
2 years of work experience in collection or customer service field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Excel, Word
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge for relevant Codes, Ordinances and Guidelines introduced by The Hong Kong Monetary Authority ("HKMA"), Privacy Commissioners Office ("PCO") and Transunion ("TU")
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Officer, Collection.
