The Product Development and Channel Delivery team is responsible for developing a full range of Treasury, Cash Management and Payment products designed to meet the full spectrum of SVB's clients' needs. Specifically, the Cash/Treasury Management Product Manager, plays a leadership role towards the delivery of the strategic action plan and ongoing tactical initiatives for a variety of domestic and international cash management and treasury services products.
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to assist with the management our treasury management products.
Implement and monitor the bank's various treasury management product policies across the organization
Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams related to their implementation of the treasury management product policies.
Identify and partner with IT partners on opportunities to automate the monitoring of the policy and apply to other products.
Drive overall treasury management product strategies for SVB's cash/treasury management products and services, including development strategy, monitoring and reporting on compliance with the bank's wire transfer policy.
Formulate ongoing product and service delivery strategies, manage the financial performance review, planning, initiatives, and variance analysis.
Build the business case for investment and champion product innovation.
Translate market requirements into business requirements; review of functional specifications and participate / sign off on User Acceptance Testing along with processes and documentation.
Execute product development and promote alliances and partnerships to expand product offering.
Support the Sales and Relationship Managers in crafting solutions for clients and meet with clients, deliver sales presentations; organize roundtables and events to understand market needs and originate new ideas.
Act as a subject matter expert, be fully conversant in the market practices and trends, and provide product expertise during sales road shows and customer focus group discussions.
Partner with our Marketing to ensure that all products are integrated in to the appropriate training programs, sales collateral, and that relevant service delivery tools are provided to SVB's sales and service organizations.
Build productive relationships with internal partners, e.g. marketing, legal, technology, operations, client service, implementation and sales. Meet product growth goals.
Utilize internal and external resources to maintain current information regarding market trends, product development and positioning, and pricing philosophy for cash / treasury products offered by SVB.
B.S. degree or equivalent experience required.
MBA strongly preferred
Strong experience with user centered design
Business Management skills
Strong leadership capabilities
Cash Management, Treasury Management, or Online Banking product experience, including Wire Transfers
Client focus including ability to think in terms of client experience/perspective
Strong interpersonal and communications/presentation skills
Analytical skills including familiarity with commercial banking
Ability to do what it takes to make your product and team successful, from writing a QA plan to hunting down the root cause of user frustration
