As a member of the Global Reward Team designated to the EMEA region and assist HR and the business by devising, developing and ensuring effective implementation of reward strategies, compensation policies, practices and reward programmes across the region.
Working in a consultative capacity with the HR Business Partners for the region to understand the business issues and develop reward solutions that support the regional business objectives and strategy.
Will play an integral role in delivering the annual pay-review as well as providing reward support for benchmarking and pricing of roles and the governance of proposed compensation packages.
Act as the owner and focal point for TMF's global mobility policy and associated programmes; monitor all cross border moves from a reward perspective and ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide high quality reward support to clients across EMEA, in particular the HR Director for the Region.
Will potentially deputize as Group Reward Director, where appropriate.
In conjunction with the Group Reward Director, will contribute to the robust preparation of the annual Reward project plan and assist in the preparation and follow up of all Remuneration Committee meetings.
Provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including: cash compensation, benefits, long and short-term incentive/bonus plans, global mobility and general Reward policy.
Manage the process and delivery of reward packages for new hires that will enable the recruitment, retention and motivation of employees within a structure that is transparent and fair.
Ensure timely ad hoc job evaluations and salaries for senior management level roles (job band 7 and above) are undertaken.
Project manage key reward initiatives, drawing resources from the wider reward team.
Critically monitor and review current policies and practices and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions, based on knowledge, expertise and where appropriate, external advice.
Proactively engage with HR Business Partners to ensure an appropriate awareness and understanding of the broader Reward agenda.
Establish and foster effective relationships within business and ensure excellent service delivery within agreed SLAs.
Ensure customers experience operational excellence by 'getting the basics right' e.g. successfully coordinating an annual pay review process.
Input to Group-wide reward initiatives as required
Remain up to date with reward developments for the region, building external networks and knowledge, to be viewed both internally and externally as an expert in the Reward field.
University degree in fiscal tax
8-10 years of relevant experience
Experience of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Multinational experience, interacting with stakeholders in multiple countries
Track record of managing reward across a region
Advanced skills in data analysis & interpretation
Experience in cross border moves compensation
Experience in managing reward projects
Strong ability to work autonomously
