We Offer IT is centralized in a single division and is providing its services to all front and other shared services divisions. One central IT Division with people in 64 different legal entities globally.
Risk & Finance IT is responsible for providing global technology and support services across Risk and Finance. This role we have is in the Treasury IT group, with deliverables focused on our clients in CFO.
A strong business analyst expected to work with regional and global clients/partner organisations to deliver systems and business process change. In addition, work with counterparts in other regions on Global initiatives.
Act as an interface between clients, partner organizations and development teams on the Regional BOW
Work with the clients to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications
Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System assessments are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Gain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in APAC and impacts on CS business
Develop expertise on all components involved in the Treasury architecture in the region and contribute to business and IT process improvements
Prepare functional/technical specifications and work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them
Work with other business analysts (e.g. Group Finance, Product Control) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing/regression testing
Prepare Project plan and test plan and co-ordinate with necessary parties
Assist with production support activities, when necessary, to help identify and resolve raised production issues
Ensure all IT delivery conform to CS solution delivery standards
Develop expertise on the global regulatory architecture and look for opportunities to use in the region
Work with global counterparts to identify common tools and techniques
You possess a University Degree in IT.
You have 3+ years in Business Analysis, data analysis.
You have 5+ years of general IT experience.
You have experience working on Risk/Finance/Operations regulatory reporting projects.
You have knowledge of Treasury processes, including for liquidity risk management/monitoring and familiarity with financial products.
Your knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and practices strongly preferred.
You have deep understanding of current APAC Regulatory regime, including BCBS regulations.
You have tools and techniques for soliciting and agreeing requirements.
You have strong analytical capability.
You are focused problem-solver.
You have demonstrated ability to multi-task.

You should have knowledge of a system development methodology, and experience working through the full system development lifecycle.
