Act as single point of PMO contact from Pune for all projects under APAC Divisional Change Program working in close coordination with all CFO project managers.
Communication & Governance Function:
Be responsible for top line reporting for the program at various forums of Compliance, Portfolio Analytics, Investment Committee, and Audit.
Prepare executive ready materials (status reports, steering committee / working group packs, general program updates, etc.)
Collate data from partners and support preparation of the monthly reporting decks to the Finance partners and Program/Project Managers.
Experience in handling the governance and reporting of large programs and senior partner engagement.
Maintain / administer share point sites, mailing lists, etc
Operations and Planning Function:
Administration of One PPM, collation of data and conduct regular data quality checks for all projects in APAC Divisional Change group.
Assisting PMs and program managers on the CFO Program management and PMO standards, updating the PSRs, program status reports etc. in One PPM.
Track and report RAIDs, achievements, roadmap and dependencies for all programs/projects as logged in One PPM.
Drive annual planning and quarterly refreshes across all CFO projects
Tracking resource planning and forecast.
Maintain master data including program / project hierarchy and assignments
Perform weekly verification of time sheet submissions
Host regular sessions with project managers to obtain the latest status, staffing and project updates
Developing a keen understanding of the individual project plans that comprise of the overall program delivery
Preparing communication and governance materials
Handling program and project status reports, change requests and RAID's
Handle test executions and status reporting.
Be the point of contact for the various IT and release management team.
Act as a single point of contact for APAC Divisional Change Program including collaborating with CS technology and business finance teams, work-stream leads, program / project managers and other key partners
On a regular basis (i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.), ensure accurate reporting of program financials - budget, actuals and forecast (maintained in OnePPM - active usage):
Handle the Contractor forecasting, SOW lifecycle and working in collaboration with commercial and TPRM teams
QA and ensure accuracy of initiative, program and project financials including headcounts and travel expenses
Work with work-stream leads and program / project managers to review actuals, budget and capture explanations of deviation and changes to forecast in OnePPM and governance materials
Improve snapshot of program financials to include actuals, budgets, revised forecast and deviation explanations
Provide feedback to CS technology and business finance teams
Ensuring program financial process is in sync with other PMO processes (such as change requests)
Supporting regular and ad-hoc queries on program financials
You have practical experience of Project Management with 8 to 10 Years of experience in Financial service industry preferably from one of the investment banks or consulting companies
You have 3 to 5 years of relevant PMO experience is preferred
You have Bachelor degree
You have performed in a program management office role (as described in the job description) on a complex, large program of similar size in the past and have handled the program / project financials in this capacity
You possess some practical experience on Project management tools (CS implementation known as OnePPM)
You have strong ability to multi-task and be deeply detail oriented in a demanding environment
You have deep understanding program structure and charters and build and run the PMO framework as per the global PMO standards.
You have the ability to quickly understand content in order to carry on 'content' driven conversations with work-stream leads
You have strong presentation skills including building well executed executive management materials
You are knowledgeable in the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Project, PowerPoint & Word
You have strong interpersonal & leadership skills
You have strong communications skills at all levels
You experience in operating with teams in different countries as part of a global organisation
You have knowledge of SharePoint a plus
Knowledge of software development life cycle and associated methodologies and quality assurance techniques
Knowledge of OnePPM or equivalent tools.
You have PMP or Prince 2 certification (or dedication to gain this)
