Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) is present in 29 locations worldwide with around 4,000 employees. SGSS provides financial institutions and brokers, asset managers and insurers, and businesses with a full range of securities services adapted to the latest financial market and regulatory trends: clearing services, custody & trustee services, retail custody services, liquidity management, fund administration & asset servicing, fund distribution and global issuer services.
SGSS/CAO is the department in charge of transversal functions within SGSS, including all administrative, financial and operational activities for the business. It also provides the functional coordination of the Support Functions dedicated to SGSS, including Finance (DFIN), Compliance (SEGL/CFT) and Legal (SEGL/JUR).

Summary of responsibilities
The assistant to the CAO is involved in administrative (e.g. premises, expenses ...) and financial activities for the business (business cases, monthly financial reports, budget process, ...)
He /she is in charge of administrative and business report production.
He /she regularly submits reports to the senior management including the SGSS UK dashboard.
He /she assists in the credit risk monitoring process by running daily reports, performing ad-hoc analysis, ....
He/she helps in conveying the necessary information between the business management and support functions, others businesses, SGLB and Paris HQ, and he / she helps in answering ad hoc requests for information.
He /she is in charge of the organisational tasks of some committees (organisation, minutes taking, safe keeping and distribution of documents).
He/ she is instrumental to document and safe keep evidence in the framework of the Senior Management Regime.
Any ad hoc activities related to the CAO perimeter as agreed.
