Our client is an Australian financial institution who is currently undergoing an uplift in their customer remediation approach. This role will report directly into the Head of Remediation Portfolio, and is accountable for improving customer outcomes across all remediation programs. You will provide thought leadership from behavioural sciences to help build the enterprise vision for remediation along with insights, case studies and methods to maximise benefits to customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging and influencing stakeholders
Supporting event owners and the Centre for Customer Remediation to design and execute initiatives
Identifying opportunities to have positive impact
Sourcing the latest and most relevant behavioural insights to identified challenges
Implementing and monitoring experimental initiatives
Presenting insights, methods, results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Designing innovations using existing evidence to enhance customer outcomes for remediation as well as more broadly across the enterprise
Identifying opportunities to work with practitioners and academic partners to deliver innovative programs of work as required
Building internal awareness, capability, innovation and advocacy for the application of behavioural insights
Keep up to date with important and emerging trends from the behavioural science literature, competitor developments, and government / regulator trends
Providing timely quality assessment and recommendations
Skills and Capabilities:
Behavioural science, insights and change trends
International behavioural developments and methods (as applied to financial services preferred)
Knowledge of important behavioural science / economics / finance / psychology literature
Ability to explain complex and novel concepts in clear, concise and compelling language to support timely business decisions
Understanding of financial and complaints regulatory and legislative requirements preferred
Competency in quantitative analyses and statistics preferred
Effectively lead multiple and varied initiatives and experiments in a dynamic environment
If you are tertiary qualified with a Masters in Social Science, Behavioural Economics or STEM discipline, have strong communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, a passion for customers and love solving problems with an innovative flair, this role could be for you.
