About the Department The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
To ensure margin limits, margin settings and/ or trading schemes etc are set accordingly as per Risk Framework.
To review and ensure that IM, MM and stop loss are strictly adhered to.
Highlight to business units on execution of trades without sufficient margin excess.
Monitor accounts to ensure margin utilisation is within Framework.
Smooth implemetation of changes/ updates to Framework, if any.
Ad-hoc assignments as required
A recognized tertiary education with at least 2 years experience in the futures industry, preferably in a risk or credit role
Familiar with the financial markets, particularly with futures, options, FX and precious metals will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
