The Role Responsibilities Work in the Capital Management Team in Country Finance assisting the Senior Manager, Capital Management, in supporting ALCO decision making by providing relevant capital and LAC analysis, and forecast.
Assess implications of capital on potential new deals / structures.
Provide SCBHK Solo consolidated capital / TLAC analysis, and forecast.
Prepare TLAC and MREL regulatory reporting templates.
Monitor investments against regulatory limits.
Work with different stakeholders including Risk, Business, etc. on RWA optimisation.
Support Group and HK in terms of capital related initiatives such as AT1/T2/LAC issuance and redemption.
Participate in projects that may have Capital implications to HK.
Engage in Treasury policy changes on capital and ensure appropriate rollout in HK.
Engage in annual update of various capital policies & metrics.
Engage in regulatory changes on capital / LAC.

Relevant banking experience, preferably in capital management or other areas of regulatory reporting
