To support the Operational Risk function in the implementation of risk requirements for Outsourcing and Third Party (OTP) frameworks in compliance to GL14 Guideline on Outsourcing, and Group and Regional Outsourcing and Third Party policy requirements.
Oversee the Outsourcing and Third Party (OTP) policy framework for PHKL / PGHK and ensure compliance to GL14 Guideline on Outsourcing, and relevant group and regional policies.
Conduct risk related training of the OTP framework and provide guidance / advice to first line business functions in regard to OTP arrangements.
Review the contract criticality classification and respective risk documentation for new OTP arrangements.
Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews of all Material and Critical arrangements on OTP as provided by first line business functions; monitor non-material and non-critical arrangements on sample basis.
Prepare management information for reporting to Group / Regional Head Office, Insurance Authority, Risk Committees, and other stakeholders where appropriate.
Support ad hoc requests and projects as assigned by the Senior Manager of Information / Privacy & Vendor Risks.
Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline. Relevant professional qualification/s desirable.
At least 4 years working experience of which at least 4 years should be in a risk, audit or compliance related role. Experience in vendor risk management is advantageous but not essential.
Financial Services / Big 4 accounting firm working experience preferred.
Business related professional qualification is preferred, e.g. CPA member.
Excellent PC skills in MS Office suite of products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities.
Analytical, independent, highly organized and attentive to details.
Team player, willingness to pick up new skills /take up new challenges.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
