This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Control Manager .
Support the upkeep of a prudent product governance and monitoring process in compliance with Group standard and guidelines
Coordinate monthly Wealth Management Oversight Committee meeting preparation and follow up
Work with Wealth Development product managers to ensure suitability of recommendation and compliance with group guidelines and local regulatory requirements
Lead the implementation of measures to fulfill new regulatory requirement
Coordinate or conduct various compliance, control and risk related assessment, reviews and reporting
Strong understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management and its wealth products, process and pertinent regulatory requirements
Strong Business Risk focus with the ability to monitor and assess key risks
Ability to manage a complex workload and cultivate a cooperative working environment
Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
