This is a great opportunity to join a new and fast growing team, CSDG (Capital Structuring and Distribution Group).
The team sits on the private side, within Financial Markets, with direct daily contacts with Corporate Finance (Leverage Finance, Project Finance, Financial Sponsors Group, etc.) and Corporate Banking (RMs).
It is a strong focus of top management and is here to change the origination, structuring and distribution model of the bank. We work on and execute large, strategic transactions (mostly debt-related) involving all internal groups in Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking.
The successful applicant will be working in CSDG Private Side Structuring, mostly on debt products. The role includes: modelling, origination (both internal and with clients), and execution.
Our Ideal Candidate
Advanced knowledge of credit products (loans, bonds mainly) with capacity to model loans and financings in general
Excellent communication in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Experience in derivatives (credit, rates, commodities) would be a plus
Knowledge of holdco financing/mezzanine debt would be appreciated
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
