The Role Responsibilities
Project SAIL is a strategic multi-year programme to implement an Oracle automated AML monitoring system within (OFSAA). Oracle OFSAA is an industry standard, proven, configurable and scalable system that will ensure that the bank can implement the automated transaction and customer monitoring required to meet the AML policy and increasing regulatory expectations. The project will cover all customers, geographies, transactions and products within SCB over 3+ years. The ECM Upgrade work stream will deliver the migration and upgrade of existing implementation to the latest versions. The workstream is planned to run over the next 1-2 years.
This role is required to ensure the workstream related deliveries are specified, designed and documented in line with SCB's SDF2.0 , ePMO and industry accepted standards of a well-run and well controlled project.
The Business Project Manager for the ECM Upgrade / Optimisation workstream will report to the Workstream Lead on the Optimisation Implementation. Your main tasks will include performing requirements analysis and management, documenting processes and its management, work with the test manger to develop an appropriate testing strategy and ensure successful deployments for the assigned project deliverables. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be a self-starter and strategically lead implementations.
Strategy: Deliver the Project SAIL vision, strategy and leadership, consistent with the vision and strategy for FCC, in support of the Group's strategic direction and growth aspirations. Project Execution
Manage the project deployments in relation to the assigned scope.
Identify and actively engage with various key stakeholders to ensure the success of Project SAIL Project delivery.
Develop and document appropriate project delivery artefacts.
Define the production support model for Project SAIL incorporating business and technology capabilities.
Work with the relevant stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues related to the end to end project solution.
Ensure end users have been appropriately engaged, trained and communicated with, so that they are ready and informed of the go live reuqirements, to minimise BaU disruption and accelerate post production stabilisation.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Ensuring business requirements are clearly documented, understood and traceable from requirements to benefits realisation.
Support creation and review of requirement documents, specifications and other workstream related (input/output) documents.
Ensure documents owned, reviewed and approved in compliance with workstream, Project SAIL and FCRMP governance.
Manage stakeholder relationships and change management requests.
Consider the opportunities and risks attached to the implementation proposals.
Manage senior stakeholder agreements on implementation proposals.
Advise on the testing strategy to ensure it supports the full set of business requirements and sufficiently documents and mitigates production risks through a robust test approach.
Develope, socialise and agree the Project SAIL cutover plans.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Ten or more years' relevant experience of working within a regulated environment
Ten or more years' relevant Business Analysis and Project Delivery experience.

Familiar with Name Screening and Transaction Monitoring.
