Our client, a fast expanding global Asset Manager has a 12 month fixed term contract for an experienced Client Services Specialist with first class client servicing skills to gain TA Oversight experience.
This is a fantastic 12 month fixed term contract to gain experience within a technical capacity within Transfer Agency Oversight overseeing their third party administrator. Utilising your strong client servicing skills you will partner with the Transfer Agent on a daily basis to ensure that the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
In this role you will act as first point of contact between our client and the Transfer Agent for BAU and technical queries. You will also participate in Service Review meetings with the Transfer Agent to address & resolve regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues.
To be considered, candidates will have come from either a client service, contact centre or investment operations role within a financial services firm and will be looking to work in a technical TA Oversight role for a highly reputable Global Asset Manager.
