We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Policy Servicing and Administration.
Ensure effective process efficiency of overall policy administration and undertake other duties as may be required
Maintain high quality service standard expected of the HSBC brand in order to foster long lasting client relationships
Continuous to support life operating systems improvement, procedures and processes stream lining
Management oversight of outsourced policy administrative functions
Ensure compliance with all guidelines and other operational standards and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws.
University Graduates would be preferred
Solid experiences within Life Insurance Operations
Insurance Qualifications would be preferred
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both in written and spoken. Cantonese speakers would be an advantage
