This role will be responsible for working with the Global iShares business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the salesforce. The primary emphasis will be around CRM ecosystem processes, e.g. robust business metrics, client data management and analytics.
The team will help facilitate the evolution of robust business metrics, driving towards a complete and accurate NET view of performance at the client attribution and sales person / team level to enable sales leadership to refine strategy for NNB / NNBF growth across product and client segments, as well as deliver analytics to enable sales to take the next best action with their account base.
This role has a high degree of exposure across the entire global iShares business, and will regularly interface with the Sales, Management, Strategy, Product Consulting, Markets Execution, Marketing and Technology.
Design, build and ongoing delivery of a suite of business performance reports for both regions across client segments, product segments, strategic initiatives, sales people and teams
Accountability for the completeness and accuracy of client data attributes (e.g. tiering, client type, sales coverage)
Responsibility of client attribution of reported public data (e.g. 13F, Schedule D) and partnership with Aladdin Wealth Tech to consume and publish in TeamWorld
Strong partnership with the Global Business Intelligence team to agree on client attribution for 3rd party data sources such as ADC Broadridge data
Automation of performance report suite working towards live dashboards in TeamWorld (via Tableau)
Trend analysis of client holdings, AUM to uncover insights to drive product and client strategy
Drive ongoing enhancements to the CRM ecosystem and client data accuracy
MS ExCel, MS Powepoint, MS Word, SQL, Tableau, Python
3-6 years' experience with Financial Services sales organization
Master's degree or diploma (desirable) – Finance
2 plus years of experience in leading a team – not a must
Solid understanding and experience with sales processes and sales force optimization strategies, and how CRM technologies enable efficient execution of these processes
Organized and detail orientated
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong control / risk mitigation mentality with ability to know when to escalate issues
Ability to work Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and other MS applications
Ability to work in a global team environment
Focus on continuous improvement and process innovation – responsive to changing environment
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent efforts, and work to deadlines
Dynamic, engaging style with ability to communicate across different audiences and levels, particularly to senior management
