Provide responsive customer service to market entities
Process assigned registration cases within the required SLAs, providing customer service, identifying and escalating issues to the Specialist Registration or, in the absence of, to Registration Director
Review and process simple license applications, conducting required due diligence (running WorldCheck reports), and submit recommendations to the Specialist Registration or, in the absence of, to Registration Director with recommendations for approval, including:
Validate application by confirming all pre checks have been completed (e.g. checking approved business case, validity of documents, verification of information, etc.)
Conduct application checks that may be required
Liaise with customers for the provision of missing or additional documentation to support an application request
Inform customers of the application decision and issue appropriate licenses and certificates
Respond to customer enquiries escalated from the customer service team related to registration and licensing processes and post registration processes
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the legal forms of entities, established processes for the registration and licensing of new entities
Post registration responsibilities:
Process changes to registers for commercial and regulated entities to maintain up-to-date and accurate public records. Provide recommendations for further action to the Senior Specialist.
Process the maintenance of real property transactions, and trade name establishment information. Provide recommendations for further action to the Senior Specialist.
Prior knowledge of licensing and registration of legal entities
Ability to read, understand, interpret and use legal terminology
Working knowledge of legal terms associated with legal structures
Understanding of different legal structures and legal requirements for each
Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working in a customer delivery role for internal and external customers' Ability to produce accurate work of high quality within tight deadlines
Proven organizational, time management and administrative skills
Ability to read and comprehend documents containing legal terminology
Proficient IT skills
Fluent in Business English
Relevant experience in a registration Authority or similar operational environment
Demonstrate proficient time management skills to effectively prioritise and manage personal work load
Proficient in Arabic or other language(s) is not a must but would be an advantage
