Our client is an global established real estate developer with strong track-record, looking to hire a Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager for their Funds Management and Capital Markets team.
Reporting to the Head, you will be focused in fund management activities, investment analysis, underwriting, portfolio management and investment monitoring. List of key responsibilites detailed below:
Fund management matters and supporting various business units in the capacity of portfolio management, origination, structuring and fundraising activities for private real estate funds.
Fund modelling and other fund administration matters.
Managing the full spectrum of responsibility in real estate investments including financial modelling, structuring, due diligence, financing, legal documentation and closing.
Portfolio analysis/optimization, performance analysis, documentation, reporting and marketing materials.
In addition, you will work with the Asset, Investment and Finance teams to better understand their business plans and prepare regular updates for internal reporting as well as reporting to investors.
You will also be required to build relationships and maintain quality communication channels with internal and external clients.
To be the right candidate, we are looking for someone with at least 8-10 years of experience with strong understanding of real estate fund management business and has strong financial modelling skillset.
