We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as New Business Take On Specialist .
Support Business Implementation Unit on new business approval, trust establishment, and asset injection, including but not limited to the opening of bank accounts, incorporation or transfer of managed or non-managed companies, insurance policies and other financial or non-financial assets as appropriate, ensuring all requisite documents are in place
Review and approve the Know Your Client, Due Diligence and other supporting documentation, including corporate documents of underlying companies
Review and update the Business Implementation Unit processes and procedures, including checklists and reviews, as necessary with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
Provide support to Head of Business Implementation Unit on ad hoc projects
Degree holder in Business, Accounting or Law
Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator or Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries preferred
Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners preferred
Experience in banking or trust industry, with good company secretarial knowledge preferred
Experience in trust administration or onboarding and preparing relevant trust documentation
Experience in managing a team including coaching and developing team members
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
Independent, detail orientated and able to work under pressure
