Job Description Role Summary: This position will be under Bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving sales target involving planning and execution of various activities and events to strengthen relationship with both customers and sales teams. Applicants should have relevant experience in Bancassurance and be fluent in both Chinese and English.
Planning and execution of customer promotions, sales incentive programmes, major events and projects to drive Bancassurance business
Effective communications with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure success roll out of sales and marketing initiatives
Budget planning and control of marketing expenditure to ensure adherence to the company guidelines
Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals
Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects
University graduate, preferably in business related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in the marketing and/or event management related fields, preferably in insurance / banking / financial services sector.
Experience in planning and execution of marketing activities in Bancassurance is a definite advantage
Good knowledge of Bancassurance operations and insurance products
Good team player, willing to accept challenge and work under tight timeline
Good analytical and numeric skills and strong business sense
Good interpersonal & presentation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
