About The Role Role Location: Melbourne or South Australia Role Type: Permanent, Full time
As the Assistant Manager Quality Coach, Credit Administration, you will support the Relationship Credit and Relationship Management teams in South Australia. The role is responsible for facility management and collateral management of transaction related matters as well as providing quality checks and coaching on day to day transactional activities. This role is also accountable for the broader Institutional Operations activities to the Relationship Team. Supporting effective risk management, by actively promoting risk awareness within Institutional Operations, embedding a culture where risk is everyone's responsibility. Successfully mitigating risk within Institutional Operations via effective operation of the control suite. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to think laterally
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with particular emphasis on successfully building collaborative relationships internally and externally
Strong numeracy skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately demonstrating attention to detail and follow through. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Computer knowledge and skills, familiarity with applications, capable user of the MS Office suite
