Environment Description of the Business Line or Department The client marketing team, which is part of the Wholesale Client Office (WCO), is responsible for marketing and other, related responsibilities in the following areas: 1) Marketing activity for the Global Markets Key Client Program (independently and as part of the wider MARK Marketing function) 2) Marketing towards Corporate Clients as agreed with and in line with the CORI function's mission, including Coverage and Investment banking products (M&A, ECM, FSC) as well as PIB 3) Support for Global Awards and Survey Rankings across CORI, GLFI and MARK 4) Support the development of the content hub MYSMART and its content.
While the team is officially part of WCO, it supports other businesses (Global Markets + GLFI), which is the result of its historic mandates that have been transferred across when then team moved from the Client Management Unit.
Mission Summary of the key purposes of the role The role of the Marketing Co-ordinator
The primary role is to support specifically the Director of Client Marketing in the research, planning, execution and reporting of the Global Markets and Coverage and Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group (CORI FIG) global marketing strategy.
Support the Marketing executive responsible for the survey rankings and management of MYSMART
Support the wider team in their day to day work with market research and other ad hoc projects
Summary of responsibilities The Marketing Co-ordinator is specifically responsible for:
Primarily, the support in planning, coordination and execution of strategic client events, sponsorships, digital marketing and direct marketing campaigns across multiple sectors, including Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Insurance, Banks and FinTech.
Support the team with the production of post event dashboards and compliance reporting requirements
Contribute to the research, development and implementation of key marketing initiatives
Liaison with other teams to coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of tasks
Support the internal process for polls and awards
Assist with important administrative requirements
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in finance A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated. You are fluent in English. French would be an advantage You are proficient in Office application

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
