Mission Description of the Business Line or Department
As part of SGSS, TDS UK has been established to provide trustee and depositary services to UK domiciled investment funds constituted under both UCITS and AIFMD under the appropriate regulatory permissions required by the FCA and the PRA.

Fund Administration & Asset Servicing
Fund Distribution, liquidity Management, Issuer Services & Clearing services
Summary of the key purposes of the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, TDS UK, the Administrator is responsible for undertaking TDS desk top controls as directed in accordance with documented policies and procedures to ensure that trustee/depositary's oversight obligations in respect of the fund are discharged in compliance with UK and EU regulations.
The holder may also be required to participate various TDS projects and initiatives. Such projects may vary and cover issues of system updates, regulatory change, business change and new clients. Participation will depend current level of understanding of FCA regulations and industry practice in relation to authorised investment funds.
With regard to the specific regulatory responsibilities of the depositary, all TDS staff, including the Administrator, must take full account of the overriding objective of ensuring that the Authorised Fund Manager acts in the best interests of unitholders ( FCA COLL Rule 6.6B 2, UCITS Article 25).
Summary of responsibilities
Working under supervision of the Senior Manager:
Assist in the execution of desk top controls and procedures to discharge the depositary's responsibilities of oversight, initially focusing on daily cash monitoring and daily creation/ cancellation of units and associated cash movements
Implementation and completion of other documented procedures and controls, taking ownership of processes where directed
Execution of various parts of the control plan as directed, ensure plan checks are on time and monitor follow-up activities
Maintain information within relevant IT systems and ensure up to date
Provide administrative support to the TDS team as required
Participation in any SGSS cross-functional projects as required by the Head of TDS UK
Level of Autonomy and Authority
Under guidelines defined by the Fiduciary & Technical Manager, limited level of autonomy
Operational skills (including use of appropriate IT applications)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
