Mission Description of the Business Line or Department
Corporate Access brings together institutional investors and Corporate clients around the world.
The role involves working within a Global Corporate Access team (split between Paris, London & NYC) who provide a full suite of origination and logistics services to our Corporate clients.
This is conducted via the origination and execution of: roadshows, field trips, conferences, investor visits, sales force teach-ins and other events.
Summary of the key purposes of the role
The role involves assisting the Corporate Access team in: the preparation and development of presentations, collating data, analysing investors and shareholder bases, and liaising with Corporate clients to manage and execute roadshows and events (e.g. including Conferences, Field Trips).
This entails interaction with both corporate clients and co-ordination with SG Business Lines across the globe
Summary of responsibilities
Plan, organize and execute high quality equity and credit roadshows (deal and non deal), field trips, conferences, reverse roadshows/investor visits and teach-ins.
Liaise directly with Corporate clients to manage logistics directly for Corporate Access events
Be on-site during conferences and other events to ensure smooth logistics
Working closely with the Corporate Access team to prepare pitches to corporate clients
Collation of data including the creation and maintenance of databases
Analysis of investors and shareholder bases
Interacting with SG Business Lines across the globe
Act as a facilitator with internal clients to obtain correct information for inclusion in the schedules
Provide internal and external clients with updated information on a timely basis to include 1-on-1 and group attendance updates, logistics and final schedules and cost
Oversee the production and distribution of all roadshow materials.
Attending the morning meeting and sales force briefings.
Fluency in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word
Strong written abilities
Strong verbal communication skills
Client facing skills
Excellent organizational skills (including record keeping, information sharing, file management and completion of set procedures)
Attention to detail and accurate work essential.
Able to work on own initiative, be self-motivated and enthusiastic
Can work within a team with internal clients, good team player
A logical approach to solving problems and to handle â€on the spotâ€ difficulties and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Some experience in Events / logistics would be helpful
Fluency in English
Basic level of French would be helpful but not required
