Support Private Bank's regulatory reporting oversight requirements and submissions.
Review and validation of client tax documentation.
Supporting Private Bank's periodic client & tax reporting processes, including engagement with third party vendors.
Oversight of relevant Global Service Centre teams and their day to day functions.
Support transaction or event based data processing and reporting within a Private Bank Operations Team.
Provides processing support and actively contributes towards the successful delivery of the business critical activities.
Supports the delivery of business process change and delivery of Private Bank Operations systems.
Applies and contributes towards standards and data policy within the discipline.
Supports the mitigation of operational, regulatory and reputational risks within the Team.
Respond to enquiries from other business area's in a personalised and professional manner. Ensuring an excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Administration experience in a financial services environment. (essential )
