Job Description Act as an integral member of a seven person client management team managing a defined client portfolio of approximately 18 Banks clients, reporting to a Director level team leader. Client portfolio includes both existing and under-penetrated clients within the TTS target market. Some broker dealers, regional banks and NY branches of foreign banks. Drive overall TTS revenue, wins and pipeline growth by designing a tactical approach within the larger market strategy. Maintain and grow existing institutional relationships and selectively add new ones. Through intensive calling, obtain a detailed understanding of the client's structure and transactional needs to drive TTS solutioning. Document calling, solutioning and product sales via CRM software. Work in conjunction with account managers on each name to deploy them most effectively. Ensure compliance of business flows with Risk and Product guidelines Ensure timely completion of all KYCs. The position would permit for client facing skills development and promotional opportunities commensurate with growth of the portfolio.
7 years client-facing and sales experience. Specific experience with Banks / Non-Bank FIs and their usage of cash management and trade products and services.
Deep knowledge of Cash Management products and solutions. Basic Trade Finance.
Strong client presentation skills. Proven verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the banking industry. Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration
