Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries sits within the Commercial Bank and is responsible for managing relationships with public and private companies focusing on clients in the mid-cap segment. This group provides traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products to its clients. Our business partners include product specialists from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Risk Management and Private Banking.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working with Relationship Managers to help generate new revenue opportunities from prospects or existing clients
Providing leadership to deal teams
Accountability for pitch book preparation and transaction execution
Ensuring coordination among analysts, senior deal team members, and credit underwriting
Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring and documentation of credit requests
Provide support around capital structure analysis concentrating on syndicated leveraged finance transactions, interest rate and currency hedging, high grade and high yield bonds and equity capital markets
To be successful, you will need:
Previous experience of Corporate Banking or Investment Banking with a strong corporate finance / credit background
Strong knowledge of the local market, with Mid Cap market experience highly regarded
Strong credit, analytical, and modelling skills
Knowledge of Investment Banking products and preferably execution experience
Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills
To be a highly motivated, productive team player with strong partnership skills
To be highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment
Superior Excel and Power Point skills
