Your key responsibilities will include:
Workingin partnership with business stakeholders to consult with, provide advice andrecommendations on a full spectrum of HR activities; people management,employee relations, compensation, staffing, performance management, career andtalent management, employee counselling, HR policies & procedures, learning& development
Providecreative and pragmatic advice/ guidance to business stakeholders to effectivelymanage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all actions confirm toregulatory/ legislative; best practice and corporate policies
Partnerwith specialist groups locally and regionally, stay current on best practices.Tailor and implement those best suited for the business including recruitment,diversity, compensation and benefits, development initiatives and expatriatemoves. Identify trends from daily transactions/ interactions and anticipate andproactively manage challenges or opportunities with the business.
ProvideEmployee Relations advice - analyze complex HR issues and recommend solutionsin a timely fashion following established guidelines. Support and coachmanagers on matters including: flexible working arrangements, absence andsickness, grievances, disciplinary issues and redundancies.
Facilitatethe compensation process including: maintaining data integrity, analysing andauditing data, educating managers on the firm's compensation philosophy andyear end communications, and coaching managers in making fair, robust and welldifferentiated decisions around employee pay.
Co-ordinatetalent management programs: identify future leaders, succession plans,promotion candidates, competency gaps, mobility opportunities and diversetalent. Linking to our internal talent development tools to employee careerdevelopment.
To be successful, you willneed:
Atertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (preferably HR)
Strongclient / business acumen, consulting and analytical skills
Abilityto contribute to an agenda and deliver against that agenda
Ableto work under pressure, prioritise appropriately, meet deadlines and jugglesimultaneous demands; Able to manage multiple projects, understand the businessand execute efficiently.
Strategicinfluencing (local and regional), Excellent communication skills (verbal andwritten)
Stronggeneralist knowledge of human resources processes, principles, concepts andmethodology;
