Manage the end to end operating environment for US GFICC with a very strong risk and control mindset
To produce and explain daily accurate Attribution. The successful applicant should have a good understanding of the drivers of Fixed Income performance and attribution
To understand and drive efficiency gains in transaction management without sacrificing controls.
To be able to identify areas of improvement and implement new procedures or to change existing process flows to ensure tight controls front to back. The continuous drive towards efficiency coupled with ever stronger controls is essential.
Build strong relationships across the Business, Risk, Technology and other support groups to ensure a strong control environment
Manage and develop a Middle Office team, highly skilled in managing the front to back transactional systems as well as understanding Attribution, Collateral and Cash Management
Work with global partners to ensure consistency in operating environment resiliency across Global GFICC.
Partner with the Business to shape the Business strategy and ensure alignment with Asset Management wide goals
Strong Fixed Income knowledge is required across thespectrum of security, FX and Derivative products. A working knowledge ofmanaging the end to end operating environment across segregated accounts andfunds is essential.
