The WM Client Skills Training (CST) Team's vision is to create the most productive, trusted, and integrated client teams in the industry and around the globe. The CST team works closely with the Wealth Management Operating Committee to ensure client-facing advisors and investment solutions professionals, from Associate to MD, have the skills necessary to improve our client outcomes and client experiences.
The team is responsible for training and coaching WM Advisors and Investment Solutions professionals to be client ready. Specifically, this role will be responsible for developing and managing the implementation of our Allego sales enablement and learning platform within the CST teams' strategy, existing training offerings, and future learning initiatives.
This role will be based in New York and will report to the Global Head of WM Client Skills Training.
Develop expertise in using existing J.P. Morgan technology solutions and drive Allego strategy, implementation and adoption
Work closely with Client Skills Training team members to align Allego capabilities with overall Wealth Management training strategy and Programs. This includes but is not limited to:
Create a channel strategy to deliver more just-in-time sales training and practice opportunities
Import existing collateral into Allego
Ensure content is being pushed out on a timely basis to new-hire cohorts
Deliver relevant assignments (e.g. flash drills) and shaping custom scorecards for these assignments where applicable
Analyze Allego usage and user experience through quantitative and qualitative methods
Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, showcase capabilities, drive adoption and coach on usage.
Innovate creative uses for Allego to enhance new and existing training programs.
Design and shape best practice materials for using Allego that can be used to help guide content creation
Establish and maintain Allego vendor relationships, subscription, licensing, contracts and budgets and ensure good expense discipline
Drive international roll out of tool; engage key business partners in order to adhere to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes
Drive and promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes.
Serve as team expert in the digital learning solutions space. Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, functionality, and innovation to anticipate and accommodate shifts in needs and priorities.
Serve as Allego specialist in consultation with other businesses to share best practices, usage cases, and latest developments.
Partner with other JPMC lines of business to ensure we take advantage of most innovative digital learning solutions available.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fast paced corporate environment
Proficiency and experience using Allego to drive business development desired
Keen interest in learning technology, training and continuous development
Team-oriented, actively participating to foster collaboration with peers
High energy, excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
Ability to drive change including stakeholder analysis, communication plan and measurement strategy
Strong project management and planning skills
Proficient data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to identify themes and trends
A strong learning orientation, in order to quickly acquire new techniques, tools and methods
Strong ability to build senior level presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Self-starter who is results-oriented with strong execution drive
B.A. degree in related field; advanced degree desirable
