You will fully understand the clients needs and enhance the business offer appropriate solutions to help grow their business and help increase revenue. You will take ownership of the relationship from inception and throughout the whole lifecyle ensuring the best possible service to the clients.
Act as the primary Relationship Manager for a number of clients; ensuring the delivery of the best possible service with an overall goal of increasing revenue and asset growth
Promote the services offered ensuring the clients understand them and get the most of out of it
Ensure the business is transitions into the business smoothly
Work with the rest of the business to ensure the clients needs are understood and serviced
Take full ownership of any issues, resolving them promptly ensuring a suitable outcome is achieved
Meet with clients on a regular basis
Support, mentor and manage the relationship management executive
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager, from either a Wealth Manager, Investment Services or Outsource provider. You must have a strong knowledge of Investment products and Wealth Management. Experience in managing a small team would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to demonstrate previous strong client relationships.
