The candidate needs to have hands-on performance and attribution experience within asset management and be able to hit the ground running.
Some of the tasks will include:
Knowledge of end-to-end process of performance sign-off to enable guidance of developing team members, streamlining of this process and eventual onboarding to our performance database for automated checking.
Provide oversight and cover of outsourced performance data
Building and roll out of front-office support calculators, including rebate and gross performance for Seg clients and development of performance metrics and self-serve information available
Development of attribution data provision
Champion of department wiki including explanations of calculation methodologies, a library of standard explanations for CRM and front-office queries
Background of the ideal candidate:
At least five years' experience working within performance measurement in an asset management environment
Knowledge of various performance management systems
CIPM would be highly advantageous
