To work closely with SeS Sales to meet prospective clients as well as performing research on such prospects in order to ensure they meet the bank's stringent KYC / on-boarding policies.
Work closely with the Client to coordinate all documents requirements for account opening. Raise account opening requests with Operations team to setup internal and external accounts.
Able to identify any critical client issues and take ownership to work with Operations to provide satisfactory resolutions. Builds and maintains productive relationships with internal and external partners.
Supports the development of proposals and delivery of initiatives, in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Capturing market information and ensure timely update to clients on latest market developments and product initiatives.
Ensure product quality assurance, consistency and constant improvement to service levels and escalate appropriately for service issues.
Highlight operational, regulatory and other risks to the management. Liaise with the client and actively participates in problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
At least 3 – 5 years work experience, preferably with experience in supporting client servicing activities
Basic knowledge in securities services offering such as Custody & Clearing and Fund Administration desired.
Knowledge on account opening and KYC
