Proposal Development - IC3 We are looking for a team first, enthusiastic professional who can contribute to a fast growing business interested in a career in Relationship Management or Business Development. In collaboration with management and business Relationship Managers, acts as an internal business sales associate responsible for all aspects of onboarding new relationships, the relationship approval process, pipeline management. Conducts research, business analysis, reporting, and campaign management to help executive team achieve business goals. Screens and evaluates existing clients analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, growth potential, and financials, and internal firm priorities. Tracks and reports on business development or internal sales results for assigned area. Supports more senior team members with existing clients or prospects. Participates in or leads activities related to proposal development, client administration, and sales support for Relationship Managers. Takes lead on larger, more complex proposals and responds to RFPs for larger, more complicated projects and larger clients. Conducts legal/business reviews for all potential projects. May contribute to final go/no-go deliberation. Coordinates with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to drive strategy. Anticipates and resolves any compliance, legal or regulatory review required for response. Develops and refines proposal processes and proposal library content. Works directly with the client or relationship management team to clarify proposal requirements. No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Applicable FINRA licenses preferred (e.g., Series 7, 24, 63, 65 or 66 etc.) in regulated areas of the firm.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in proposal development preferred.
