We Offer This role will be responsible for the production of compliance metrics for internal and external audiences, coordinating Compliance's review process for assessing new business activities, and compiling evidentiary support to respond to audit and regulatory requests. This role supports the strategy and governance team and is involved in the preparation of materials, as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role will be staffed at the AVP level and will report directly to the GM/IBCM Compliance COO. The COO team includes governance, metrics and reporting, strategic execution, management certifications, Volcker, regulatory change and new business.
The role involves:
Collect and analyze data for validity and accuracy in preparation of quarterly and monthly Compliance MI reports
Prepare MI reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau
Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential Compliance risks
Assist with the development of Compliance MI metrics, such as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Document existing processes and help identify process enhancements
Develop working relationships with data providers to enable follow-up regarding data integrity and commentary
Coordination with compliance coverage officers and SMEs to facilitate assessments of new business initiatives
Supporting the efforts of both the local team and UK counterparts by assisting with reporting deliverables

You Offer Education:
3+ years of compliance, regulatory, or audit experience including experience in Investment Banking and Global Markets
