You owning the provision of advice to Credit Suisse business divisions on transactions, Credit Suisse policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
You will be developing relationships with the business heads and teams across a range of businesses.

You are well versed and have experience of debt markets and syndicate activities but with a willingness to learn and adapt, focusing on private- side activities such as market sounding, allocations, assessment of MNPI (Material Non-Public Information) and stabilization.
Your knowledge of loan markets and also fixed income derivative markets is extensive
You have a deep understanding of how conflicts of interest arise and are managed.
You have strong knowledge of key regulatory requirements such as MIFID 2, PRIIPS and FMSB impacts such a business.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Your ability to take risk-based decisions and appropriate courses of action.
You are a standout colleague and across other teams in Chief Compliance and Regulatory Office and other functions.
