The key objective of this role is to drive and support additional Cash Management revenue growth through winning Cash Management mandates across the EMEA region for Corporate clients. This role reports to one of the Product Sales Team Leaders in London.
Lead complex cash management deals end-to-end including RFP responses and client pitches, recommending innovative cash management solutions.
Review account plans to identify sales opportunities and support origination of cash management opportunities through development of thought leadership material
Develop target list of underpenetrated names to actively focus on with a "Hunting Licence" for growing new cash business though unsolicited bids.
Convert pipeline into actual sales revenue
Meet all Sales Management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs
Lead and prepare client sales closing presentations
Work with Implementations/account managers to ensure deals closed our implemented effectively and efficiently to ensure revenue realisation and ramp-up
Actively share with Product Management Team new developments within the market updates and the competitive environment
Attend regular team and sales management meetings to report on performance
Opportunity to develop client relationship skills and attributes within EMEA and Globally
Become an industry expert in all areas of International Cash Management techniques and solutions
Build network within TTS across Sales, Product, Geography, Implementation Client Operations, Legal, and further extend across GSG and Banking
Develop cross-sales skills for the wider TTS Product set i.e. TandE and Prepaid Cards and Trade Services.
