The Global Margin Group supports a variety of business units and manages collateral requirements for counter party exposures. The group generates daily margin calls, reconciles portfolio discrepancies, confirms collateral movement, fails management, and reporting. This role will be covering margin disputes within the OTC margin unit
Key Responsibilities include:
Utilization of current and new data sources to proactively identify root cause of dispute(s)
Prepare detailed information and leverage our workflow tool to interact with internal partners
Track deliverables to completion to resolve dispute(s)
Support various enhanced MIS and reporting for internal and external partners
Management of outstanding trade and reconciliation breaks
Ensure suitable procedures and controls for all processes
Communicate with various internal and external parties to follow-up on OTC dispute related matters
Ability to manage high volumes and sensitive clients efficiently
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
Driven individual willing to take ownership of complex issues
Knowledge of capital markets and collateral is a plus
Data analytics experience; ability work with large data sets and deliver dynamic reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Strong collaboration skills across multiple groups
Familiarity with Citi systems (Oasys, Monet, GCMS, etc.) preferred
Familiarity with TriOptima preferred
