The Role: An opportunity has arisen to join our Prudential Financial Planning team as a Team Secretary/Administrator, providing support to our Regional and Senior Managers, as well as our Training, and Communications and Events teams. Our financial planning business is fast paced, dynamic and client focussed; our managers face multiple demands on their time so strong secretarial support is a must. This role would be ideal for someone who understands the world of financial advice, and has experience of providing support at an executive level.
Manage diaries and emails, and deal with any ad hoc queries as they arrive
Organize meetings and take minutes if needed
Arrange travel and accommodation for managers and for some events
Produce papers and agendas as required
Collate and share information and MI on a regular basis
Process invoices within required timescales
You'll have experience in:
Working in a secretarial role with senior key stakeholders
Effective communication with a range of stakeholders - both verbally and in writing
Using IT software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Supporting a number of stakeholders and meeting their needs
Working under pressure, using your own initiative with minimal supervision
Dealing with sensitive and confidential business information
You'll demonstrate these qualities to be successful in this role:
