We Offer This role will be part of the US Workforce Oversight team to lead development and production of management information and related tools. The role offers a meaningful profile with exposure to partners from all divisions in the firm. The US Workforce Oversight team is responsible for delivering workforce target states, optimizing real-estate plans, and providing insights to functions and senior management through data aggregation and analysis.
Central point of contact and communications with functions for tools, reporting and analytics
Manage development and on-going support of headcount forecast tracking tool
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Produce US workforce management information reporting and analytics in Tableau
Improve the reporting process across US workforce through use of Tableau
Implement automated processes for data handling and reporting
Build solutions for data visualization to enhance business processes
Assist with reports and data extraction as needed from multiple sources
Produce and publish ad hoc reporting as needed
Support in daily use of data systems and ensure consistency to internal audit and compliance standards

You have demonstrable experience in data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
You have superb communication skills with the ability to deliver high-impact, concise presentations and management information to senior leaders
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have superb communication and collaboration skills
You have expertise in Tableau and Advanced Excel
You have proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word
Proficiency in SQL is a plus
You have bachelor's degree or equivalent
Investment Banking and/or Capital Markets experience preferred
