We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Partnerships .
Handle a portfolio of clients and act as the first point of contact for mass market clients including prospects and financial intermediaries
Identify product needs, conduct sales pitches, establish and maintain strong relationships and implement sales strategy
Deliver a market competitive service platform
Support Head of Partnerships in the execution of activity to drive sales with third party distributors and strengthen relationships
Ensure the business is favourably positioned as a key provider on third party platforms positioning us to gain market share
Leverage the Market Strategist role to increase our communication with distributors, building the brand and investment capability awareness
Actively contribute to the development of materials for use in the field Topics will vary across investment fundamentals, market updates, fund profiles and performance updates
Share market information to enhance corporate knowledge and improve competitiveness across product, service and marketing
The incumbent is expected to collaborate with colleagues and develop good relationships with distributors
Initiative and being a self starter with a pragmatic, can do approach
Confident public speaker and able to write competently in English and Chinese
Confidence and enjoyment gained from interacting with distributors and building sales momentum
Teamwork and personal leadership, setting an example in behavior and business execution
Ability to foster strong relationships across a diverse range of clients
Experience and market knowledge to develop a best of class approach
Business acumen in planning and execution, seeking guidance as required
Ability to contribute positively to the Wholesale Business for the benefit and success of all
Support cross departmental collaboration to deliver a market competitive offer
