The team is responsible for managing the relationship with each of our regulators (PRA, FCA, PSR, LSB and FSCS), ensuring that the right people are sufficiently briefed and prepared to deliver the right messages to regulators and key regulatory themes are identified.
Will be required to to co-ordinate responses to requests from the regulators, along with regulatory reporting.
Generate internal reporting on regulatory engagement and higlight the potential impact it may have on the banks strategy.
Required to provide advice and guidence on regulatory requirements relevant to the business. Providing interpretaton of regulation to relevent stakeholders, whilst ensuring that written communication shared with the regulator is of a good standard.
The right candidate will be given the opportunity to influence and build relationships across the whole of the business from board level downwards.
Will be given the responsibility of leading a team of assistant managers and analysts.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Strong people management and leadership skills, with leading experience of leading high perfoming teams.
Good knowledge of relevant regulation (FCA, PRA, PSR, LSB and FSCS)
Have a pro-active appoach to working, whilst being solution focused.
Have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
Strong financial services experience within banking.
