Role responsible for growing a portfolio of MNC clients

About The Role Role Location: ANZ Beijing Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As the GSG (Global Subsidiaries Group) Director, you will manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of new & existing MNC clients for ANZ in China. In this role, you will work with GRPs (Global Relationship Bankers), RTCs (Regional Bankers), and product partners to deepen client relationships, to better understand the client's business, and to help maximise client revenue.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Proactive involvement in developing & maintaining the client portfolio and with a detailed understanding of the client's business and financial services needs
Development and implementation of strategies for the acquisition of new customers and identify new business opportunities
Delivery of superior customer service and will ensure the quality of portfolio through sound credit assessment, lending decisions, and accurate account management
Ensuring vigilance for the early signs of deteriorating credit quality and take the appropriate actions
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
Demonstrated Credit, Banking, and Business Development skills
Significant experience in relationship management
Sound knowledge of ANZ banking products & services
Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Ability to extend coverage to other portfolio as needed or as future career path
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
Excellent customer focus
