You will be expected to:
Develop and enhance existing CCAR/DFAST credit stress testing framework and procedures
Produce in depth analysis of stress testing results and communication to key stakeholders
Create high quality reports for Board, senior management, Regulators, and internal use on a regular basis
Be the credit representative in all CCAR stress test governance forums
Review and challenge existing stress models
Liaise with Firm's LOB and other risk types to ensure appropriateness of the representation of credit risk
Lead the stress test governance approval process
Maintain relationships and communication with Audit, central CCAR team and regulators to ensure proper coordination, control environment, and timely and accurate responses are provided
Lead the Credit data attestation process
Lead stress test production activities from a Credit Risk perspective
Lead Capital Plan production
Sound understanding of Risk Management - various risk disciplines is a plus
Knowledge of Deutsche Bank infrastructure (Risk, Finance or Front Office COO)
Ability to conduct detailed data analysis
Proactive, problem solving and solution oriented
Well organized, process oriented and effective in managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a sensible approach to handling priorities of multiple senior stakeholders. You must be comfortable to present to senior management, deal with CRM/BRM Regional Heads and Front Office managers regulators / other parties
Ability to build cross-divisional as well as cross-regional relationships
Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
