The Real Estate Analyst supports the Sector Specialists Team on strategic or investment initiatives related to the different asset classes and across geographies.
The Sector Specialists Team is a centralised team supporting the local Asset Management & Development and Transaction teams when dealing with the specifics of the different asset classes (Data Centers, Logistics, Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Student Accommodations, Forestry, Healthcare and Offices). Sector Specialists also contribute to the definition of AXA IM Real Assets Strategy with regards to their respective sectors as well as to the capital raising efforts. These initiatives and projects require regular support in e.g. preparing information to be submitted to Senior Management (Management Board, Strategic Investment Committees or Investment Committees).
The Analyst (Associate) will play an important role in supporting the Sector Specialists team on all related initiatives and projects of their respective sectors.
By doing so, she/he will have the opportunity to work on Global initiatives (including APAC and the US) and to interact with several divisions within the firm (amongst others, Asset Management, Development, Transactions, Fund Management, Client Capital Group). As a consequence, the Analyst will be highly exposed to different geographies, different functional teams and people of different seniority. In this capacity, she/he is primarily responsible for :
Supporting the Sector Specialists team in reviewing and developing business related strategies (amongst others, gathering information, setting-up financial models, preparing notes/presentations, co-ordinating with the different stakeholders involved), Making sure that these initiatives are rolled out and monitored accordingly and/or Building, in collaboration with each Sector Specialist, the relevant KPIs/reporting package to properly monitor AXA IM RA's exposure to each sector and determine the relevant benchmarks

Education/Qualifications Degree in business school Excellent financial skills and a first experience in the Real Assets or Consulting business.
Experience Proven interest in Real Assets and/or project work A first multi-cultural experience would be a plus
