RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Securities Division Management & Strategy is currently seeking an Vice President candidate to join our team. This person will be involved in a variety of projects and processes to support the Division and its senior management.
Support business leaders in identifying opportunities related to new products, new markets and market reforms
Interface with teams across the support areas of the firm to coordinate interdivisional activities and deliver successful project execution
Drive business planning for China-related initiatives and deliver against China OKRs
Communications related to our China business and strategy including Town Halls, senior management updates, and other ad hoc requests; help present the China story to the division and the firm
Management reporting and budgeting for China onshore business
Prepare briefing memos for senior leader meetings with China clients and regulators
Maintain a process and risk framework related to controls and procedures, expense approvals and similar
Minimum 5 years' experience in a role that has developed strong analytical and financial skills
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders and senior management effectively
Able to speak and read Chinese (Putonghua)
Attention to details and the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
Highly organized and proven ability to execute and manage complex logistics, projects and tasks
Solid judgment and maturity to handle personnel-related and/or confidential business matters
Self-motivated team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, independent, focus on meeting deadlines
