We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Reporting Officer.
Responsibile to support the quality assurance initiatives in Insurance Operations including the monitor of CSEM customers related administrative duties in a timely and professional manner.
Provide maintenance and advisory support to offshore team in the maintenance of PEP and SCC register and perform quality control and assurance check to ensure accuracy and consistency being applied to system record.
Handle periodic and event trigger Customer Due Diligence review including the preparation and screening during the client life cycle on non-bank customers and request up to date Know Your Customer information from customers. Monitor progress and customer response according to timeline.
Support process change initiatives and escalating concerns.
Analyse monthly MI report from bank channels and report statistics and status on customer profile changes and follow through. Escalate observation received and action on follow up items.
Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Ensuring the quality of tasks and services provided by colleagues, involving regular process checks or the reviewing of output in Insurance Operations team.
Ensure both internal rules and external regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Administration and business management discipline.
Relevant experience in insurance, with handling customer due diligence and KYC experience preferred.
Ability to manage pressure and stressful business demands. teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness and demonstrate accountability and ownership.
Ability to handle volume spikes and prioritize work including ad hoc request and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner.
Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint presentation.
