In this role you will utilise your excellent communication and relationship building skills to effectively engage staff across the Risk Management Group Compliance division. You will join a small friendly team, and through training and communication of key compliance issues you will help drive and embed lawful, ethical and appropriate behaviour within Macquarie's culture.
This is a high impact role, where you will have exposure to a variety of projects, including working with the Global Compliance Training team, implementing the Compliance ANZ Training team priorities.
Key responsibilities of the team include:
Working with key Compliance stakeholders to ensure training plans are well thought out and executed on;
Providing feedback on planned training, to ensure it remains learner focused and meets desired objectives;
Continuing Professional Development oversight and monitoring
You will bring with you prior experience in a Learning and Development or Compliance role within the financial services sector and a good understanding of products/services offered by Macquarie would be an advantage. The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for assessing and monitoring risks across Macquarie. This includes market and liquidity risk, credit risk, compliance risk and operational risk. RMG personnel liaise closely with all operating areas to ensure risks are understood and properly managed. The Compliance Division provides compliance support and advice to Macquarie's operating businesses, assisting those businesses globally to manage their compliance risks.
