About The Role Role Location: ANZ Singapore Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As the Relationship Manager for FIG (Financial Institutions Group), you will have responsibility for maximising business revenue and returns from a portfolio of FIG clients in Singapore. You will play a key role in the Institutional business and will have coverage within two priority sectors – Banks and Funds & Insurance. You will ensure the successful implementation & execution of the global FIG strategy and will grow portfolio profitability through a high level of client relationship management. You will be involved in deal engagement & execution, origination, structuring, and the evaluation & execution of prospective deals. You will work in collaboration with product partners and enablement colleagues to develop and up-tier relationships and win mandates. You will also contribute to creation of an out-performance culture and a diverse and highly engaged team.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
Experience in working with Financial Institutions coverage, Relationships, or R&A
Experience in client coverage with an emphasis on business origination and development for both local & international opportunities
Demonstrable business development skills and relationship coverage of senior clients
Demonstrated expertise in key lending, transaction banking, financial markets and structured finance
Strong debt & markets execution capabilities and experience in managing internal and external counterparties through transactions
Sound credit and risk assessment skills acquired through a corporate investment banking background coupled with strong knowledge of credit policies & procedures
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interface with clients at both management and working levels
High-level of team orientation and a demonstrated ability to build solid internal & external relationships
Capacity to operate successfully across cultures and with self-motivation
